Suspension Longevity

Anyone know if aftermkt lowered suspensions wear out quicker than the OEM sport suspension?

there is soem belief that stiffer suspension will wear out sooner

I really dont know for sure, I see lots of cars with stock suspension wearing out control arms on a regular basis. I'd chock it up to how many potholes you hit and how hard you hit them.

2nd. Bumps put more load on the Front Lower Control Arms (the arm that support the cars weight).
