Is talking about another forum an 'off topic post', I got an e-mail from Audiworld, telling me they
added the off topic header to my post, weird !

If you look at the last 20 post by others, there are post that are way more off topic than mine
maybe they took personal offense because most of the staff owns S4, sorry Audiworld no offense meant !

Don't take it personally - it's just a friendly reminder.
It was me that moderated that to OT. Since forum members now have the choice to view OT material or not, we're going to be a bit more strict on OffTopic vs. OnTopic designations, so the hardcore guys will see ONLY Audi A4 related stuff.

To elaborate.......
the way I envision the new split is for people who view OT posts to see the forum in the state that it has been in within the last year. People who don't view OT posts should have an AW experience similar to the A4.org days, when the vast majority of the posts were technical and related to the Audi A4.
Now not all of the other moderators may share my view, and we've not been given any rules to work with, so the OT modding will never be black and white, but hopefully this will give you a little better idea of what's going on.
