What's your setup on the BPV plumbing? Reason I ask is (slightly diff layout I know) that with the
Gt25 in particular, it is easy to get the line back to the intake kinked down to a pretty narrow opening. What some of us have done is to plug the BPV directly into the boost hose, run a 5 to 6 inch line to a 90 degree elbow and then run the 1 inch line outside the frame rail in a gentle curve to the intake hose. Keeps the hose from narrowing down. WJM has a picture of this layout on his site.

i checked that area a couple of times. i blew a hose in the previous autox actually and had another
chance to reexamine it, it looks ok. i'll be experimenting on a forge DV to double the spring rate and/or shorten the throw. also hard vacuum lines may help.
