Throttle valve control module
On a hot day, the engine speed would sometime idle too low and even stop the engine. This typically happens when I breaking hard or after a drive on the highway. There is a technical bulletin on this issue(C24-00-01). It suggests cleaning the throttle valve control module. Did any of you perform this task? Any Tech on this?
BTW, I did a throttle valve adaptation. It didn't solve the problem.

I tried...
i ended up with a little smoother idle but my servcie engine light came on as well. I took it in and they replaced the valve for 500 some odd bucks. I got the car back and the damn thing stalls when i cold start it and i can't have the a/c on in stop and go because the engine doesn't compensate, it idles too low, and drags down my voltage. Not to scare you or anything, it should have worked fine after the valve got replaced. The moral of the story is be very careful cleaning it and removing/reinstalling. Saying the thing is hard to get off and on is a BIG understatement. If you can do it garcefully you can save yourself 530 bucks.
