tip question/problem

does anyones transmission seem to slip below 3k rpms? when im driving around and then the transmission upshifts, sometimes the rpms will climb and then fall back down without me changing the pedal input. has anyone noticed this?

and this is when im driving slow, not fast, maybe 1/4 pedal
