TROUBLE STARTING
2000 1.8T Quattro w/tip. 2000 miles, since day one every time I fill up with fuel and restart it, won't (start) just turns over. Go to the pump, turn off the car, fill up with exxon 93, close cap (five clicks) put key in ignition, turn, just turns over won't run. Must step on the gas for it to start and then poor running for the next minute. (putt,putt) Restarts every other time except after filling with fuel. Help!!!
