Default Two random Audi encounters today while working...

So I was doing deliveries for my parents' Indian restaurant (Invitation to India, see post below) and one of them was on Bard Street in hermosa Beach. Well I remember a few months earlier someone had posted a pic of their car and I recoginized it as being on Bard St. So I exchanged a few emails with him.

Well today's delivery was for his neighbor! And when I was leaving, I saw the next house's garage open and the A4 was in there! So I got out and talked to the owner (Richard). Kinda crazy how we met after talking months ago.

Then on my very next delivery I went to a house with a brand new 2001 A4 in the driveway. This guy opened the door and I told him I had an A4 and what a great car it is. Well then his wife from across the living room comes running over and can't say enough good things about the car. It's their second A4 (surprising since I had delivered to thi house many times and never seen it before)

Well she says how the 2001 is so much faster and stuff and I tell her about chipping it. They knew all about that but she said she didn't want to. Then she told me her husband (the guy who answered the door) is the sales manager at Cirlce Imports in Long Beach. That's the first dealership where I made on offer for an A4, but it didn't work out.

Anyways, they were really cool and absolutely love their car.

I've ben in LA for a week now on break and have been kinda depressed with how few Audis I have seen. Everywhere I look I see BMWs, especially the new e46 325 and 330, which I REALLY don't like. Nice to see that some people have better taste than that!

Go Audi!

Sachin

Oh yeah, saw my first all road a few days ago too. Kinda small, but cool.

Uh..How BIG did you expect the Allroad to be? It's just an A6.

Hehe. True. For some reason I expected it to be more SUV-ish.
