Vag com usage
Recently I've been feeling like I'm losing hp around 3k rpm. Drives that I make everyday I noticed that the car is doing more work then ussual. And when at a light take off is not as good either. 900-2400 rpm feels the same, but once i go over 2400-3100 it almost feels like the turbo is not doing as much as it used too. I dont really go over 3200 rpm, I baby the car. I also feel like my gas mileage is not as good as it used to be. Seems like it really sucks gas under half tank.
Stock 01 1.8T Quattro AWM
MAF, TB, water pump, thermostats, belts, tensioners ect done over a month ago. No CEL. No engine codes, checked with VAG. Sometimes coolant temp goes a hair above center, where needle just edges over the white but still in white.
After TB work car was driven a mile or two without coolant cause it leaked out past lower radiator temp sensor.
Runs smooth, idles smooth, mornings a bit rough but settles within minutes.
I got the VAG, where should I start looking to log some data?
I think I give up...gonna go buy new passat :\ No more used cars for me.
Any suggestions is appreciated.
