vanity light problem

vanity light problem

I have a '01 2.8 tippy. My vanity light on the driver side went out. I checked the fuse and the bulb. Both are working fine. When I slide the cover, I can hear the click for the light switch to come on, but the light doesn't. Can anyone help?

Take apart the visor and see if the wires are pinched.....

happened to me not too long ago. I just repaired the wires and was good to go.

Sorry, let me clarify..

You don't need to take apart the actual visor, just disconnect it from the headliner. The wires usually pinch in the part that connects to the headliner.
