Default Very strange engine noises when idling

So my exhuast manifold gasket was leaking. I replaced with a new gasket and an 034motorsports high flow manifold. Now, at idle (especially on cold starts) it almost sounds like something is grinding near the front of the motor. I've upgraded PCV valve, PRV valve, no boost leaks, holds boost fine and runs great, just sounds terrible. The noise goes away around 3500 rpm. Could it be a vacuum leak? i am so lost.

Could be lots of stuff. Belt tensioner or water pump bearings.A/C clutch etc.
