I own a black '96 A4...should I smoke the taillights, or would that look cheezy? I upgraded to projectors from an '00 A4, and I am probably going to smoke the currently orange side markers...what to do with the tail lights? BTW, I am looking into a ringless sport grill...what kind to get? Anyone selling one? TIA!

<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/AnthonyBushell.jpg">I think smoked would look good as long as they were not to dim. Most of the sport grilles are the same. LL-Tek as a few dif. ones .The Oettinger one is dif. as is the Charactre grille(I think it is nice).

What grill is that in the pic? Was that a DIY mod, or do they sell them like that?

Check out the gallery for the 96 A4 with smoked taillights, I think it looks great. I have them on my '98 bamboo and they provide a nice contrast on the lighter color, but they also look good on the darker cars...
