I need to replace my calipers so I might as well upgrade them :-)

Default Well I found the calipers used for $175CDN each, with 'warranty' from...

the wreckers. Just basically warranting that the pistons are in proper working order. Found the rotors for $65CDN each also. Is it the 2.7 or 3.2 stuff that swaps off?

Default its the 2.5/2.7 boxster calipers that swap on

you will need those (they are flat anodized black), early 911 brake lines, the brackets (which I have for sale if you are interested - since I'm probably going another route), and A8 rotors.

Default Is the S4 swap that difficult? What calipers are larger? (m)

Did you say I can use A8 rotors or P-Calipers?

Default the boxster 2.5/2.7 calipers are used w/ A8 rotors

you can use the Boxster S red calipers w/ s4 rotors but they need specific brackets that are not as easily sourced as those for the boxster/A8 combo.

Boxster S rotors are larger.

So I don't use the 2.5/2.7 rotors? Or will either those or A8 work?

I don't believe the porsche rotors will work... go with the A8 rotors
