what is the DX button that your supposed to hold down with the FM 1/2 when resetting.
 

on the link i was given it says to hold down the FM and DX button when i am resetting the radio off SAFE MODE. Im sorry if thats a really stupid question but i cant find a DX button anywhere. sorry for all my NOOB questions

what year is your car (you need a sig) and what radio do you have?

second what qP said, these are for an '01 with Symphony double DIN
 

(1) Press and hold both the "RBDS" and "PSCAN" button. 0000 should then appear on the display.

(2)Enter your code.

(3)Press and hold the "RBDS" and "PSCAN" buttons again. Assuming you entered the correct code, your radio should come to life.

actually, "1000" appears on the display
