What the the T-28 non dbw holding for boost in 3rd?
 

My car peaks at 24 then immediately drops to 20 then slowly decreases until it is about 15-16 at 6k. Is this right? I could have sworn that I held 22 psi all the way to 6k when it was first installed. Could the cold affect the boost like this? thanks.

Are you saying cold weather should decrease boost?

yes, more dense air so the boost is pulled back with the same performance.

I notice that you post alot about problems with your car...just wondering is it all t-28 related...is it not reliable..?? sorry of i'm wrong.

Ive posted a lot recently all related to on idle/boost leak problem. Maybe youve see all my posts and thought i was refering to seperate problems. I havent had a problem with the turbo yet.

in theory,couldn't you have a 'cold weather' program so you can up the boost in cold weather, making
 

more power, using the same boost you were in warm weather?
