what would cause large gouges in my brand new rotors???

Default what would cause large gouges in my brand new rotors???
and how do I fix it

Default nope.. brand new pads and custom machined rotors and hats in Alcon calipers
maybe I didn't bed them in properly?

Default Pics? Can you rotate the wheel assembly with no grinding etc???
Gouges are how deep? Where on the rotor surface?

Default this is the best I could do in the dark

the gouges are even deeper on the back..

out of the 4 surfaces (the front and back of each rotor) only 1 bedded correctly
