Default Seat Replacement

Hey guys, new to the forum...
Looking to replace my seats and climate control with heated seats and matching climate control unit. Just wondering how difficult of a job this is and if there is existing wiring to do so...
Thanks

Default Physical replacement is pretty easy, especially with a buddy to help you.

The stock seats are nearly 50lbs each when attached to the brackets, so they're a little difficult to maneuver around in the car.

As for the wiring question, I think A4s are all wired for airbags, heated seats, and power seats rom the factory. I say that because my heated, airbagged seats have a plug for power adjust.

I might be completely wrong though.

Default TJ: ....... I am itching for your seats.....

Did that sound bad?

Anything I could trade you for them? I mean, they're just sitting around (pun intended) out there right?!

I have spent too much of the mod/maint. budget lately....

Any thoughts other than "pony up the cash for them already cheap-@ss" ??

;-)

Default They're sitting around.

If you had some UrS4 wheels I'd trade you.
Uh...if it turns out that my either my wastegate actuator, MAF, O2 sensors are bad, I'd be willing to work something out in exchange if you had replacements...there's something wrong with my car. It'll only boost 10psi, it stumbles at really low rpm, and if I turn it off (like to get gas) and try to restart it again soon, it cranks for like 30 seconds before it finally fires.

email me. Whatcha got? I'm broke as a joke, but I always like parts.

Alternatively, you could just pony up the cash for them, you cheap-***.

And if you're talking to TighTT, I apologize and am duly embarassed.

Default I believe you are "a little girl."--EDIT for me being stoopid.

Seriously, I've taken my Cobras out twice since I put them in, to clean them and then to replace the plastic sleeves on the sliders so they don't rock. I didn't have any trouble...but then the Cobras weigh about 29lbs each...

Aw, nevermind. I just re-read my post...I'm an ***.
