will a euro plate cover holes made by the mounting of a normal us plate?

ok cool thanks, can it possibly use the same holes or does it need new ones?
cause if I have to go back to the old one (cops) it would suck to have holes too far out for the us plate to cover...

and my euro plate is held on by double sided tape. its only on my a4 bumper temporarily until i paint my s4 one. diddnt feel like drilling more holes.
