Default Will a german license plate hide the license plate holes? Where's the best place to get one?

I've got 5 holes thanks to the previous owner who used extra long screws for the plate.

the two "extra" holes are in-line with the top hole.

I tried painting the screws with touch up paint, but that only lasted about two weeks.

Thanks.

Default Place it below the bumper. It "may" look better.

Default ooooooh...goodie!

For sure, I'll buy those off of you. I'll be heading to San Diego this weekend. Any chance of meeting up so I can get those from you? If not, I can wait.
