will the us spec lower bumper fit on a euro bumper? Also, is there a way to mount a euro bumper

Lots of work to make a Euro front bumper fit.
I don't remember the details, but in addition to the cost of the bumper, there were hundereds of dollars in additional parts needed not including the labor.
