wire colours, rear turn signals and reverse
hi guys, having a small issue since i donīt have a volt meter at hand.
trying to connect a hook for my trailer witch i have already installed on the car.
need to connect the brake lights, turn signals, reverse light to the trailer connector.
do you know the colours on the turn signals and the reverse light ?
already found the brake light wire ( leads up to the light in the spoiler ).
Any help on the issue greatly appreciated.

found a complete wiring diagram for the car in one .rar file, if you are interested you can get it at

colours i found there were, turn signals = right -> black-green
Left -> black-white
Brake light -> red-black
Reverse -> Blue-red
now i just have to go into the garage and try it out.. hope this is right.

Hi Addano,
I realise that you posted this in 2013 so my reply is 10 years late! However, it may help others who have not experienced hook-ups and wiring issues associated with them. You probably know by now, but you couldn't wire-in the trailer wires directly to the cars onboard wiring because of the computer system that monitors the lighting circuits.
To do the job correctly, you need to buy and install a Relay-bypass/filter. These are typically Ģ30 in UK (or $30 to $40 in US). They come with instructions and installation is very straightforward.
