Alignment does if BOTH tierod ends are adjustable and the technician know what their doing. Otherwise you will have to remove and reinstall the steering wheel in the desired position.

Try another place...quick story
When I had my Prelude, I had an accident with it. When I got the body work done, I also asked them about a 4 wheel alignment, they said they'd do it, cause the wheel was way off after the acccident.
The first alignment didn't change anything, so I called them to do it again, and had it done again, free of charge. Wheel was still off....they even had paperwork for it this time!
A year later, I got 2 new tires and a 4 wheel alignment....turns out, the Rear left wheel (hit in the accident) was way off alignment! Even though the car tracked okay, this one wheel was pulling the steering wheel somehow to compensate.
Case in point: not once but twice, I requested an alignment. The second time I told them to do what they had to do to fix the steering wheel so it tracked straight, ins. was paying so they knew they could do what they had to, and they chose not to.
For $70 you deserve at least an explanation of further damage that is pulling your steering wheel off-center.

Is should... The wheel should always be streight..
I have the same problem, and I am having abnormally fast wear on the right front tire...
Needless to say, I am bringing it in so the dealer can fix it..
