Xenon match bulbs....The 80W Xenon match plus bulbs would compromise the fog light wiring, right?

Xenon match bulbs....The 80W Xenon match plus bulbs would compromise the fog light wiring, right?
Would they be good for high beams? (Short term use... Or would it still be risky.)
