Default Yellowish stuff on breather hose
hi guys,
i got the code P0411 so i check all the hoses and found out that the breather hose was clogged with that stuff, my question is what is it and from where does it comes?

How long is your commute?

You could clean that, but I'd probably replace it.

I'm not taking the time to look up the code. Is it related to the venting system?

I just cleaned the gunk out of my hoses which looked like yours. Pretty nasty.

Looks like a combo of water/oil. Probably just clean it out. Those hoses aren't cheap. Maybe it is a known issue with your model vehicle.

The code means that the air pump isn't working
i just replaced that hose 3 months ago

Code is not related to the gunk. Gunk is in the PCV system.

Plus one... It is a combination of oil and condensation, also drain your oil a bit and see if its the same color. If it is, you have issues. Most likely you may have water in your SAI pump too.
