Today I've noticed a strange noise in my car. Where could be the problem?

Good Morning,
My guess is the whirring sound is your new noise. It changes with engine speed. I think the timing belt and/or the timing belt tensioner may be the noise. Determine when this was last changed as you may be due for this maintenance.
