2004 Audi A4 1.8t timing belt kit
I need to change my timing belt on my 2004 Audi A4 with 1.8t engine, was wondering where is best place to get parts for this install? Has anyone ever used AudiUSA.com to order parts? I was looking and it seems that their parts are higher, but is it because of them selling genuine audi parts? I want to use parts that will last and have heard stories of bad water pumps, metal verses plastic impellers and such OE verses OEM verses after market. which water pump is the best to go with? Any help would very much be appreciated. I plan on changing out the thermostat also while doing this project.

I am not familiar with AudiUSA. I always go with ECSTuning and get genuine Audi parts. Be careful with anything that claims to be OEM. Some are not like Hamburg-Technic which claims to be OEM and I believe ECSTuning has pulled from their catalog. You do get what you pay for.
