2004 audi a4 cabriolet overheating and heat problem
2004 audi a4 cabriolet 1,8t ic my car just started overheating a little bit and whe the on now it only blows cold air unless I'm driving it then hot air starts coming out of ventim not sure if its the water pump, thermostat or hea core and I was told that thermostat and waterump are all one unit

Thermostat and water are one unit. As to what's wrong, you would have to more troubleshooting, but sounds like it is either the pump or the thermostat. Best way to do that is with logging on a VAGCOM, but suspect you don't have that.
