25k service went smoove in rochester, ny. with loaner
had it done in a half day plus a couple extra things i had them look at. set me up with a nice 2000 A6 2.7T loaner. here's my plug for john holtz audi of rochester. good job.

Only Audi dealer in these parts
Got my Ultra Sport from them last year. Have only had the inital 3K - 4k service done so far.
Only compliant is that when they lube the hinges they lube everything else within two inches.

John Holtz sells Audi's, BMW's, Porche's, and Honda's but they all aren't serviced by the same Service Department. John Holtz Audi Services Audi's and Porche's but I've never seen a Honda there. They are across the lot.
