as a general rule in most parts catalogs, the last letter or number indicates a revision of the part. In this example the E is an earlier revision than the L. Assuming they didn't change a connector or mount (something that would normally cause a full part number change, not a revision) the parts should be the same with the L revision being the newer "better" one.
I did notice the 3rd digit is a 0 on one and an O on the other, assuming that's a typo.
