AMB 1.8t no power windows, wipers, turn signals or horn
So I went to drive my A4 yesterday and it has completely lost all functions to the steering wheel column and windows or sun roof do not go down or up. I instantly checked for water under the drivers floor panel. No water and it had barely rained so I ruled out the cecm. Then I checked every fuse and none were bad. Could the ignition switch be the problem? It starts and runs fine. I'm at a loss

Just for clarification, CECM is usually what folks call the electronics module which controls lights and is located behind the fuse box. What controls the items you have listed is the Comfort or Convenience Module (CCM) which as you note is located under the seat.Have you checked VAGCOM codes? It may have just died.
