I'm about to send mine off. I believe that anyone who received service (even if covered by warranty, etc.) can participate in the class, and get some tiny share of the fund.
I'm just glad they didn't fail while driving to the hospital for my girls' birth!

I had 2 fail but never incurred personal expenses
$33 per coil doesn't seem worth it and I really don't want to line some lawyers pockets. Audi took care of everything, so why get greedy over pocket change?
