Anyone else receive a "Maintenance Manual Update" from Audi? New TB intervals...
I got a letter in the mail with an insert for the maintenance book. They've updated a few maintenance intervals but the ones that stuck out were:
Replace Timing Belt at 75k for 1.8T, 3.0 engines and A8 4.2L.
Replace Timing Belt and Timing Belt Tensioning System at 75k: 2.7L engines only
Replace Timing Belt (all components) at 110k miles for 2.0T engines.
Funny though, my maintenance manual already noted the TB replacement at 75k.

Changing the replacement interval '04> but not <'03 didn't make any sense...
from a technical aspect. So, it was my advice to follow the lower mileage limit for all, now AoA is making that official.
