Audi A4 B6 CD player Chorus 2 Problem

Default Audi A4 B6 CD player Chorus 2 Problem
Hello, anyone knows why my CD-player keeps switching between CD,Radio and Tape on its own? When I started it, the only thing on the display was a "Connect" message and was changing the radio station on its own, after I restarted it, it keeps changing from Radio to CD and from AM to FM without touching it.
Here are 2 videos with the symptomes.

Any idea how to fix this?

If you still like it, don't worry about fixing it. They're dirt cheap at recyclers.

Bought the yatour interface with USB, SD card and aux, and everything works good, No problems till now
