Default Power Window Issue

Today me and a friend installed two 10" subs and a 400 watt amp. First off, everything sounds awesome! I've never had subs before so I'm like a kid at Christmas who just got a Transformers action figure.

Anyways, since this work, my power windows are having some problems. I can still roll up/down all the windows by holding the buttons, but the automatic rolling up/down isn't working from any of the door's switches.

Any ideas what may be causing this? I have a suspicion it's a fuse, but if it is I don't know how to check, but I also may be wrong.

Regards,
Andrew

So I turned the car on this morning and everything but the driver-side window has automatic window functionality again... Weird...

Friend of mine says it's possible I may need a stronger battery?

Try runing the window up and holding holding the switch in the up position for a couple of seconds. On my B5 that's how it is reset.

You may need a capacitor, better battery or better alternator. OR, you've wired everything wrong. The auto window feature "re-learns" itself after power loss. Since you system is acting up intermittently you have something wired wrong that is causing a brief short, your amp may be shot, or you simply don't have enough power to run everything.

One thing I know about Audi vehicles the car start to make a problem when the Voltage of Your battery < 11,9 volt.. So That's the one thing you have to check..
