so it was a really good day today. I finally got the B6 body style I've always wanted. love this avant. it's an 03 1.8t auto with 107k on the clock. solid car all the way around, just about everything works as it should. just needs a little more clean up by my standards, but it won't be hard to do. It's not a premium or anything which is what I wanted (fewer annoyances to go wrong) after my c6 A6 experience and all of its gremlins related to feature items...no thanks on the fancy stuff. I can say that drivetrain-wise though on the 3.2 c6 Q that it was solid at 117k. It was the tech gremlins that killed it for me. looking forward to hassle free b6 ownership. I do believe it's possible....maintenance maintenance

I love my 03 Avant as well. Typical problems, but overall great. Only have 95K but my wife drives it mostly and is just not in tune with it. My mechanic tells me to stick with the 1.8T even though I occasionally complain about more power in the low gears. Should have just chipped it by now. Congrats, good luck, and treat her well!
