Default B6 1.8 no spark, thus no start!

Hi All, I'm new here but not new to Audis. Early '05 1.8 q MT, 223k miles, I just replaced my AMB head (cracked, coolant getting into cylinder 3) with another good AMB head. Everything went together fine but when I went to start it, no go (I drove the car into the garage under its own power before head change). First double checked TDC on cyl 1 to cam position, all good. next rechecked all elec.connections seems like all in order. Next I pulled codes with my Autel Maxidas, once I cleared all old codes the only remaining and current code is: 17072 active/static EMC/PCM Power Relay, Sense Circuit Open-No signal/communication. Pulled plugs to look for spark, nothing. With this info I proceeded to open the enclosure holding the PCM, main 40A fuse was blown, replaced, no go, replaced the 219 and 373 relays (no sign of water infiltration), no go, replaced cam position sensor, no go, cleaned MAF sensor with CRC spray (I was getting desperate), no go. Fuse 29 is good, getting fuel, new coil packs, the 40A big fuse next to the PCM has not blown, battery is new and fully charged. I am not a pro but I know these 1.8's pretty well, WHAT IN THE HELL AM I MISSING? Any thoughts and suggestions greatly appreciated!
