This product has a small reflector area. Here's a comparison shot of stock units vs. the LED units

At night, the reflector area plays an important role in marking the car, particularly when parked, say on the side of a road. Judging by these photos, the maker of the LED units has only paid tribute to the important marking functionality of the reflector.
