Blitzsafe Question...
 

Ok, I know there is tons of information on this, and have searched, and it's all kind of sporadic, so I wanted to try to get a straightforward answer to this. I'm considering the Blitzsafe adapter for my Ipod. I want the adapter that connects to the Ipod, and will also charge it. What I am unclear about is whether or not I can connect the adapter directly to the back of the Bose system, or if I have to go through the CD changer input in the trunk. I currently have XM satellite radio, and have heard that this needs to be disconnected in order to use the adapter. I've also heard that it just connects to the CD changer input, so this is not necessary. The setup I would like to have is the adapter plugged directly into the back of the radio, and still be able to use my XM radio. If this is not possible, I will choose Ipod over XM. I would be interested in this if you're looking to get rid of it... I have a 2001 A4 Avant which I belive would work...
