Brake Light Out. Left Brake Light Prompt came on today....car has 29K on it. Anyone else get these?

Brake Light Out. Left Brake Light Prompt came on today....car has 29K on it. Anyone else get these?
At what milage? Wondering what the life expectency is on a break light. God knows I use it so much in Houston Traffic. Made an appt. to bring it in Monday.

I had a rear parking light and rear brake light replaced at around 35k km
According to my dealer, a burnt parking light caused the brake light to go too; something about excess current, so the tech claimed.

open truck... look under the circle cutouts for a screw...
which holds the tail light in place. After its removal the tail lights should swing away from the car and you can swap the bulbs.
