cam chain tensioner/timing chain tensioner

hello there everyone, i'm new to this, and I was wondering if anybody knows where i can find a step by step DIY on replacing the cam chain tensioner on 2002 audi a4 1.8t quattro? I have searched and searched and I haven't come up with anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
