dealer only - just like your blinker fluid

If you are still under warranty go back to the dealer. If you are out of warranty, you have to be able to prove that you went to an authorized place for your oil changes and keep all records in case something goes wrong.

Anyplace can do it... it's also relatively easy do it yourself job.
