Car won’t start after battery charge
Hi, my battery went completely flat having left the key in the ignition of my 2005 Audi A4 Avante 1.8 TDI over night. I had a friend charge the battery with jump start leads so that the engine cranked well however there was no hint of it starting. Do I need to reset the computer or immobiliser or something.

I have disconnected or replaced my battery several times without issue. Don't think you need to reset the immobilizer. Do you have a VAGCOM code reader?
