Cold start engine noise
 

Every morning when I start my car. It makes a noise on the turbo side. Like its blowing air and also a brrup brrup brrup noise on the same side. After a few seconds the noises disappear. It only does it when first start in the morning or cold days.

Secondary Air Injection blower? That runs for around a minute to add air for the catalytic converter, to speed its warm-up.
