Default Do I get Audi of America involved?? 2nd certified A4 and 2nd major engine failure!!!

My first Audi assured vehicle was purchased from IRA Audi in Danvers, MA and a couple of months into that my timing belt broke leaving me without a car for over two weeks while they replaced all the inner engine components.

Now I purchased my second Audi assured A4, this time from Rietzl Audi, MA and on the way home from picking up the car I had what I have been so far told is "major engine failure". Exactly what that means & how long I'll be without my new car, I'll find out tommorrow.

I can't believe that lightening has struck twice. My first car had 57k miles & this one has only 48K miles. I thought the Audi Assurance was actually supposed to do something! Should I get Audi of America involved to see what they can do?? If so, what is their customer service number??

Are you saying that warranty didn't cover either failure?

It's covered, but for a "quality" german engineered car, why has it happened twice???

Default All "Audi Assured" means is that you have a warranty. In my experience...

helping a friend get an Audi Assured A6, at delivery there was a burnt out light bulb in the door, the battery in one of the remotes didn't work, the window lockout switch was broken, rendering the rear windows non-functional, and it had a CEL on. If they cannot be bothered to fix these things that a 5 minute inspection would bring to light, what do you think the chances are that they have looked for any impending engine failure in your car? That's right, NONE. They will fix every problem you bring to their attention, for fifty bucks a pop, but they won't fix squat on their own.
