fuel pump isn't kicking on and it sounds like the control module is straining
got done quick fixing radiator front endand taking out catalytic converter and I put it all back togetherthe fuel pump won't kick on and thecontrol module is making very loud straining sound .relay is good but no power going to the pump itself tips ideas, thanks,,,a4 1.8 turbo 2002

What control module is making a straining sound? Don't really have a clue but check all accessible electrical connections, including battery ground, terminal clamps, etc.
