Got the new Revo software
I bought the Revo SPS3 package with the Forge DV-R package last week. David from Euro-Sport (now Euro-Code) came to my work and installed it for me. I used to have the Neuspeed 1.4 bar chip.
My boost gauge shows the boost maxing out around 20 psi, which is about where the Neuspeed would spike, but the Revo holds it there longer. In third gear starting from 3000 rpms then going full throttle, the boost held at 20psi until 5000 rpms.
Bottom end acceleration seems pretty similar to the Neuspeed, and there may be some more pull in the upper end. At WOT I get a slight hesitation in 3rd around 4500 rpms, but it is not as bad as the Neuspeed. This was running 91 octane.
The SPS device is very easy to use. I can change back to stock and adjust boost levels and timing. David told me that the current Revo software can be used with the ATP GT28R turbo. (He's running Revo in his car with a GT28RS turbo)
Great service from David. He really took the time to answer any questions that I had. He even did some VAG mods for me.
