I didnt notice it until my friends pointed it out but my speakers in the back are not playing any music.. Did i blow a fuse? What could have happened and how can i fix this?

Usually a wiring problem...and difficult to find.

check the wires between the door and body, there will be a rubber boot protecting the wire which you can unclip from the door to uncover the wires. check if any of the wires have split, this is a common problem on the b6 models.

I would agree as well with wiring. Pull the door card off and give it a look.

Also check your settings on the head unit. Be sure that it isn't all set to the front speakers and that your left/right balance is in the middle as well.
