2 cents; others may have a dime or more:
1) I wouldn't be able to decide based on the web site but that is because I want to see full records and / or be able to talk to the previous owner. For instance, that is really low miles for a car these days. I had a similar situation where I found a car at a dealer, found the previous owner's info in the glovebox, called them to inquire about the history of the car. Turned out in my case I was able to get the full records and find out it was a nice little old lady and she simply did not drive the car much. You could find out the the speedo had been replaced or something like that and really has 250K. Carfax is okay, but not perfect. So, I would get a lot more info on the car.
2) As a data point: I purchased an 02 sport with 5 speed with a ton of miles (187K), but was well maintained. It set me back $4500. I knew I had about $500 or $600 in parts with me doing the maintenance.
3) Details: is it CVT or Tip? CVTs have a bad reputation (not sure whether it is founded or not) for failing around 65K or 75K. Also, the biggest maintenance (not repair) is a timing belt replace which would need to be done soon based on the age of the car.
See if anyone else has any inputs...
