I need to replace my front brake pads/rotors. Can I just get b7 pads and rotors...

yes carriers(brackets, and all the little stuff attached to them)
used B7 A4 320mm calipers/carriers used $220
commercial price rotors $120
oem pads $75
stainless lines $60 (front only)
brake fluid (??)
something like that.
the b6 s4 uses bigger carriers

Definitely more to it
Definitely worth the upgrade though! Find a set of used B7 calipers and carriers, buy a new set of rotors and pads, and enjoy brakes that no longer suck.

Comments below assume you want an upgrade per se. If you are just looking
to replace pads and rotors for your B6 with no changes, the B7 rotors are bigger and will not fit the B6 caliper. The B7 caliper is also different, so you cannot use B7 pads, they must be B6.
