Just visited my local AutoZone....

The 5W-40 Castrol Syntec @ $6.19 a bottle.

Mobil 1 0W-40 @ $5.99 a bottle.

At these prices, I see no difference between the Castrol 0W-30 &amp; 5w-40. Especially in about 3000-5000 miles. ;O)

I like my Mobil 1. Relatively inexpensive, can get it at Napa, plus I can't find Castrol around me..
 

Otherwise thats what I would use.

Always used Mobile 1 on my cars, including Audi and BMW
