Hello All,

Was recently stopped by a cop here in the Bay Area for not having a front license plate. When I bought the car, the original owner did not have a front license plate.

Does anyone out there have an extra front license plate bracket. I really don't want to pay $100 for a new one from the Dealer. I will pay shipping charges.

I may be simplifying things but the argument was that drilling holes to mount the bracket would lower the resale value or something along those lines.

Some people have used neodymium magnets behind the bumper skin to do a non permanent mount abd avoid permanent modifications.

as long as the cop doesn't go and just to jank on the plate itself, then the magnets would work.
